In 2018, DAS assumed responsibility as the technical integrator of the Manportable Radiological Detection System (MRDS), integrating commercial radiological sensors, MANET tactical radios, and situational awareness software in support of Department of Defense radiological search missions. This program, currently cited by JPEO-CBRN leadership as their most successful commercial integration initiative, is anticipated to achieve a successful Milestone C decision by late 2020.
